The speaker, Simon Sinek, wrote the book, “Start with Why.” His premise is simple – people buy the WHY of a product/company/service (purpose or belief) and not the WHAT. Explained another way, the WHAT is merely proof of WHAT YOU BELIEVE. MY FAVORITE LINE BY FAR: “Martin Luther King gave an I Have a Dream Speech, not a I Have a Plan Speech”
